Do you still remember “Yo soy Betty, la fea”; the Colombian telenova that Ch 7 and Ch 2 once showed? US TV network ABC adapted it and came up with Ugly Betty. And again, I got hooked too, thanks to my long leave in January and my sistah, Ava, for always recommending the show.
Surprisingly, Betty always saves the day and Mode Magazine. I wonder if they already gave her a raise. Although the episodes are not based on the original, its an hour long of laughter and fashion TV. Get to see guests stars along the way too. Five stars over all!
Mahina talaga ako sa face recognition, hahahaha, I’ll let you in a secret, it took me a few episodes to recognize Vanessa Williams and Rebecca Stamos in the show! Considering that they are mainstays of Ugly Betty.
