Ava didn’t want pasta for lunch so we hunted for somewhere we can eat rice and she suggested Behrouz. If you’re a fan of my blog ratings, you would have guessed by now what time it was when he headed down to eat. Ü
For a change, it was my 1st time at Behrouz and it was good choice actually when food started to be served. I was, too, hungry at that time.
Ambiance: middle eastern but not that much, they stuck to mostly chairs and tables with curved mirrors on the wall and some posters of Persia. Price: your Php 400 will get you a very decent meal. But for the bang for the buck, don’t compare prices with Mr. Kebab along Quezon Ave. Portions: a slammer for the hunger Service: dyan tayo magkakatalo, mga ateng, mukhang bagong gising lang tayo ah. Kilos kilos baka ma-stroke. Taste: tasted authentic to me. The only other one that I’ve tried tasted like it so I guess it was authentic. Or it was just me being naïve and/or biased. Menu: we had beef kebab, ox brain, bean paste and pita bread. There were other choices on the menu but I didn’t dare to be adventurous since it was my 1st time.
